Inspired guidance

Challenges can be opportunities for growth. Anything happening in the body, hard experiences, struggles,... can be an invitation as a sign for an awakening.

There are treasures to be discovered in the bottom of suffering. They hold the brightest light. We can say we are like diamonds; after a long time in darkness down below the earth and lots of heat and pressure, diamonds are formed. Just like a seed couldn't sprout if it was not planted. And once we sprout and shine, we know our roots. Life then becomes in our canvas to enjoy the fruits of the brightest light, surrendered to our nature. We are work in progress, we are Souls growing and evolving in a limited body.

This body becomes in our sacred home, our temple to use movement and stillness for transformation into balance. All our brains working in sync. Our gut, our heart and our brain; to say the moving, the feeling and the thinking centres in balance. An experience beyond the known will take place. Becoming conscious of this body, able to relax so there is no tension yet with an active intelligent awareness, we can sense a deeper current flowing through us, waiting for us to bring attention to it. An opportunity to hear the inner music and inner sound become available when we find that space of balance. It heals us and it frees us to a new way of Being. Our life purpose is revealed and our Soul's evolution attained.

Allow thoughts and emotions be like clouds in the sky; and your breath be the wind helping them pass by.

You are not those thoughts or emotions, you are the space in which they come and go. Yet all are relevant for as long as we are in a human body.

That space is pure consciousness, without the noise of the mind. Where there is no past or future but just being present and alert, in the Now. In that state everything melts. We are pure consciousness, Pure Love. That space, are the "awe" moments we look for in life. A taste of the Divine, of the Nameless; the space where we remember who we are as a deep knowing from the Soul. The mind can't even grasp the meaning of this, being in a deep knowing from the Soul. Here, we simply know, we are Home in our center, we feel the balance and can watch life as the most magnificent movie where we are the directors and actors of a master piece created by God/Source. Surrender to it all, let the passion for life, the "awe-ness" take over, so a new higher deeper place can arise. Movement and stillness for transformation into balance.
